Role Overview

Makkah Clock Royal Tower, A Fairmont Hotel, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join its dedicated team in Makkah. This full-time position involves overseeing daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction within a prominent hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring adherence to established service standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, logging issues and notifying relevant departments for resolution.
• Actively participate in daily briefings, warm-up sessions, and departmental meetings.
• Ensure Room Attendants are informed daily about priorities within their assigned sections.
• Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures.
• Report necessary maintenance items for timely action.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Supervisory Duties and Reporting

The Housekeeping Supervisor reports directly to the Director of Housekeeping. This role is responsible for the direct oversight of housekeeping staff, ensuring operational efficiency and the consistent delivery of high-quality service. The supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining departmental standards and fostering a productive work environment.
