Rotana Jabal Omar Makkah is seeking an Income Auditor to join its finance team in Makkah. This full-time position is suitable for finance professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on financial verification and compliance within the organization.

The Income Auditor Role

The Income Auditor is responsible for the meticulous review and verification of all financial reports. This role ensures that all financial documentation adheres to proper authorization protocols and complies strictly with applicable company policies and procedures, thereby upholding financial accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify Night Auditors logbook, daily revenue report, and daily Food & Beverage report with supporting vouchers and trial balance.
• Distribute daily reports after obtaining approval from the Director of Finance / Financial Controller.
• Review rate variance reports to ensure the correct rates are applied.
• Review the city ledger and credit card transfers of the day and forward them to Accounts Receivable.
• Audit the daily cash summary and update the General Cashier’s report.
• Review overages and shortages of Cashiers, take appropriate action, and review Front Office foreign exchange rates as required.
• Conduct float counting of all house fund holders on a weekly basis and prepare a monthly float count summary.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Demonstrated understanding of financial reporting and verification processes.
• Ability to ensure compliance with established financial policies and procedures.
