About the Role

Rotana Jabal Omar Makkah is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer - Saudi Talent to join its team in Makkah. This full-time position is dedicated to protecting and safeguarding all hotel guests, employees, their belongings, and the overall assets of the hotel. The role requires a professional approach to security operations and adherence to established procedures.

Core Responsibilities

The Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of all security personnel. This includes ensuring that all hotel properties are adequately secured at all times, maintaining a safe environment for everyone within the premises.

Security Operations and Reporting

• Prepare daily incident reports, requisitions, and other inter-office memos.
• Investigate and record all allegations of crime and other incidents thoroughly.
• Prepare annual security goals to enhance overall safety measures.

Collaboration and Compliance

• Liaise with Department Heads to ensure hotel employees adhere to established security procedures.
• Coordinate with external police authorities in the investigation and handling of crimes, accidents, and other incidents involving the hotel, its employees, and/or guests.
• Perform all tasks consistently in line with hotel standards and adhere to all legal and statutory requirements.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking dedicated security professionals with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to security protocols and operational excellence, contributing to a secure environment for all.
