About the Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Manager Healthcare Analytics to join its team in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is responsible for executing and completing specific deliverables and activities that analyze, validate, and standardize data-gathering processes. The role involves reporting statistical data and performance metrics from multiple sources, including insurance processing, clinical operations, and costing reports, to fulfill business and customer needs.

Strategic Data Analysis

The Manager Healthcare Analytics will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. Key responsibilities in this area include:

• Designing robust data models that integrate patient data from various sources to create comprehensive views of health information.
• Analyzing members' health risk segmentation and profiling chronic cases, such as chronic disease, cancer, hepatic disease, and renal failure.
• Investigating complex datasets to identify significant patterns and trends that inform strategic decisions.

Performance Reporting and Insights

This position is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of performance metrics and analytical insights to support optimal healthcare management. Responsibilities include:

• Pulling and integrating data from diverse sources to enable thorough performance analysis.
• Analyzing data to assist in delivering optimal healthcare management and informed decision-making.
• Publishing comprehensive monthly reports for mega accounts, incorporating various dimensions.
• Developing detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of daily and monthly reports for all performance metrics.
• Communicating analytical insights clearly and effectively with management.

Data Quality and Governance

Maintaining high standards of data quality and integrity is a core aspect of this role. Key duties involve:

• Applying advanced categorization of services with standardized and concise mapping.
• Ensuring proper validation of doctor names, specialties, and the unified service coding process within the data.

Digital Transformation Initiatives

The Manager will contribute to the advancement of Bupa Arabia's analytical capabilities through digital innovation. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with different business units and functions to execute assigned objectives related to big data projects and digital enhancements.
• Interpreting and validating data for incorporation into advanced analytics and Machine Learning models.
• Automating manual reports through the effective use of tools such as Power BI.

Qualifications and Experience
