Role Overview

Kinan is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager Internal Audit to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring the integrity of our operations, safeguarding company assets, and enhancing governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in internal audit functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations aimed at safeguarding company assets and enhancing overall governance.
• Ensure the successful completion of all assigned and planned audit engagements from initiation to conclusion, including planning and fieldwork phases.
• Continuously monitor the implementation status of audit recommendations through follow-up audits and report on any identified gaps.
• Assist in the drafting of comprehensive audit reports, detailing audit observations, supporting evidence, and actionable recommendations.
• Perform detailed audit procedures to verify the implementation and effectiveness of internal controls through rigorous testing and direct interaction with relevant company staff.

Internal Control and Risk Management

• Regularly update the Head of Internal Audit on the execution and progress of assigned tasks, as well as any significant internal control issues identified.
• Provide essential support in performing risk assessments, which are critical for the preparation of the annual audit plan.

Collaboration and External Relations

• Liaise appropriately with external auditors, inspectors, and regulators under the direct guidance of the Head of Internal Audit.
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Head of Internal Audit as required.

Required Experience

Candidates for this full-time Manager Internal Audit position should possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in internal audit or a closely related field. A strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks is essential for success in this role.
