Marketing Manager (Saudi National)

About the Role

Converge is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for a contract position in Jeddah, Makkah. This role is a maternity cover, requiring immediate availability to ensure continuity across the marketing function. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of marketing activities, aligning brand initiatives and campaigns with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of marketing activities.
• Ensure brand initiatives and campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee marketing plans, brand development, and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage integrated marketing campaigns, brand communications, and promotional activities.
• Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with external agencies and suppliers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 8+ years of experience in marketing and brand management.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or retail industry.
• Strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies and brand plans.
• Understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
• Experience monitoring campaign effectiveness and marketing performance.

Work Details

This is a contract position based in Jeddah, Makkah, with a salary range of SAR 25,000–28,000. Candidates must be available to join immediately.
