About the Role

TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions is seeking a Media Search Analyst Arabic (SA) to join their team in Makkah. This is a part-time, long-term project that offers flexibility in setting your own schedule. The role involves evaluating diverse digital media content using an innovative web-based tool, contributing to the evolution of digital media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of various task categories, including music, video, books, podcasts, and home pod evaluations across different media domains.
• Analyze and evaluate search outcomes specifically for App Store Content.
• Perform research using online tools to assess and validate query accuracy and user intent.
• Apply market expertise in conjunction with provided directives to evaluate the relevance and purpose of task-related information for the specific market.

Candidate Requirements

No previous professional experience is required for this role; however, candidates must meet the basic requirements and successfully complete a standard assessment process.

• Full Professional Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Residency in Saudi Arabia for the last year consecutively, with familiarity regarding current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs within Saudi Arabia.
• Possession of an email address associated with an Apple ID and demonstrated experience and knowledge of Apple products.
• Up-to-date familiarity with prevailing trends in applications, music, and video, coupled with a keen interest in internet research.
• Flexibility to work across a diverse set of task types, including news, audio tasks, and relevance evaluations.
• While a High School degree or higher certification is preferred, candidates with exceptional skills and talent will be considered.

Essential Skills and Tools

• Daily access to a secure broadband internet connection, a personal computer, and relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to innovative methodologies and processes.
• Demonstrated great attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.

Assessment Process

To be considered for this program, applicants will be required to take an open book qualification exam. This exam will determine suitability for the position and will be followed by ID verification. The team will provide comprehensive guidelines and learning materials prior to the qualification exam, which must be completed within a specific timeframe at the candidate's convenience.

Work Arrangement

This is a part-time, long-term project. Work performed will be subject to standard quality assurance checks throughout the term of the agreement.
