Medium Enterprises Team Leader

About the Role

SAB is seeking a Medium Enterprises Team Leader to join the Small and Medium Enterprises Department. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and focuses on managing and expanding client relationships within the medium enterprises segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance relationships with key customer accounts and prospective customers to ensure business continuity and growth.
• Prepare a structured calling program to identify business opportunities and explore customer needs, matching them with the bank's products.
• Monitor and expand share of wallet and cross-sell opportunities from all clients.
• Drive diversified revenue improvement for the assigned portfolio.
• Monitor the performance of all accounts assigned to relationship managers on an ongoing basis.
• Monitor the business operating environment, including market trends, interest rates, asset and liabilities positions, trade volume, and credit facilities.
• Provide regular updates to the regional head on account performance and key market thrusts.
• Plan and coordinate marketing of products and services to clients within the portfolio to maximize revenue and return.
• Ensure the quality of the credit portfolio by reviewing proposals and assessing inherent risks in credit exposures.
• Analyze client financial statements and management practices to assess credit risk and maintain portfolio credit quality.
• Recommend, reject, or approve credit facilities within prescribed limits after comprehensive analysis.
• Structure financial transactions to meet the requirements of corporate clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Wholesale and Market Risk, Legal, and Operations for smooth and quick transaction processing.
• Ensure the provision of high-quality and timely service to clients.
