About the Role

Saudi Railway Company is seeking a MMMP Train Crew Section Head to join their team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the performance and operations of train crew within the MMMP framework, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead staff to maintain high standards of performance and productivity through clear direction and effective communication.
Serve as the primary contact person for all stations within MMMP operations for any communication needs.
Direct activities related to the on-boarding and off-boarding of train crew on trains to ensure timely operations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with workplace safety and health policies, procedures, and regulations.
Manage the performance of MMMP stations’ staff in achieving key performance indicators.
Anticipate and execute mitigation measures to respond to all rail incidents, unexpected situations, and emergencies.
Schedule station staff’s day-to-day activities to maximize staff contribution and performance.
Oversee the monitoring of train scheduling plans to avoid any conflicts.
Review and approve contract deliverables for variations in the servicing of trains.
Assist in developing training requirement programs for the train crew to ensure their skills development.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. The role requires a strong understanding of railway operations and safety protocols.
