We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jeddah or Makkah. This full-time role is designed for a data-driven and results-oriented individual passionate about digital marketing.

Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth and maximize return on investment (ROI). This position requires a proactive approach and a strong analytical mindset to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, utilizing key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct thorough A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of funds to achieve performance objectives.
• Perform in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to create compelling and high-performing ad creatives.
• Stay informed of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and the wider digital landscape.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience of 0-1 years in a performance marketing role or a similar digital marketing position.
• Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable.
• Experience in the B2B or SaaS technology sector would be a significant advantage.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
• A solid understanding of the digital marketing funnel and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
