Preschool Teacher Role Overview

The Preschool Teacher is responsible for developing and implementing developmentally appropriate, bilingual learning experiences for children within an early childhood setting. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement developmentally appropriate, bilingual learning experiences.
• Plan and deliver lessons that encourage play-based learning, exploration, and active engagement with the environment.
• Observe and document children’s progress.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on individualized support plans.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding children's development.
• Prepare necessary learning materials.
• Manage daily classroom routines effectively.
• Foster a positive atmosphere that respects each child’s unique background and learning style.

Work Environment

This role operates within a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment, focused on integrated and enjoyable experiences for children. The position is on-site at the Cultivay Center in Jeddah.
