About the Role

Arctech is seeking a Process Specialist to join its team in Makkah, with opportunities in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position is specifically for fresh graduates with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency.

Role Overview

The Process Specialist will be responsible for enhancing production processes, reducing waste, and improving overall efficiency. This role involves developing and implementing process designs, establishing key metrics, and providing essential technical support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support as required.
• Establish process metrics and define goals for improvement.
• Develop and issue comprehensive process designs.
• Improve production processes to minimize waste and increase efficiency.
• Set and maintain process parameters and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Identify the root causes of defects and deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Track process data, report problems, and propose improvement ideas.
• Support the introduction of new products and equipment changes, and provide training to operators.

Qualifications and Experience

• This position is open exclusively to fresh graduates.
• A maximum of 1 year of professional experience is required.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time role based in the Makkah region, with primary locations in Jeddah and Makkah. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
