About the Project Coordinator Role

Integrated Personnel Services Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to supporting manpower operations and ensuring client requirements are met efficiently within the Jeddah region. The role focuses on the smooth execution of operational tasks, workforce management, client relations, and logistical coordination, offering an opportunity to contribute to the operational success of IPSL.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the comprehensive process of workforce mobilization and demobilization.
• Coordinate all aspects of employee transportation and site operations to ensure seamless workflow.
• Source and deploy manpower effectively to meet diverse client needs and project demands.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and timely service delivery.
• Prepare detailed operational reports and meticulously maintain all relevant records.
• Handle all client communications professionally and manage associated administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Must be based in Jeddah.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
• An owned vehicle is required for the execution of duties.
• Proven experience in manpower operations or within manpower supply companies is essential.
• Experience required: 2-5 years.
