The Role: Project Manager

EPIC Trainings & Consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Makkah. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive planning, execution, and delivery of various training and consultancy projects. A core aspect of this role involves ensuring that all project activities adhere to defined scope, timelines, ISO standards, and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate directly with clients to accurately define project requirements.
• Prepare detailed project plans to guide execution.
• Manage project resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization.
• Monitor project progress continuously to identify and resolve issues, and mitigate potential risks.
• Supervise expediting and inspection activities to maintain project quality and schedule.
• Align logistics seamlessly with established project schedules.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant industry standards and client expectations.
• Prepare comprehensive status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation.
• Support the continuous improvement initiatives for EPIC’s project management practices.

Candidate Profile and Experience

We are looking for a professional with over 10 years of experience in project management. The ideal candidate will be a visionary professional capable of integrating technical expertise, strong leadership qualities, and strategic thinking. This combination is essential for delivering exceptional project results and creating lasting value for both clients and stakeholders.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Makkah. The Project Manager will work directly from the company's premises, engaging in daily operational activities and client interactions within the region.
