About the Project Manager Role

This full-time Project Manager position is based in Riyadh. The role requires a practical application of project management knowledge to ensure the delivery of quality technical support within projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project activities, making recommendations for improvements, and coordinating team efforts to provide administrative and technical services.

Core Responsibilities

The Project Manager will ensure adherence to all relevant Project Management policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to maintain a controlled and consistent work environment. Key duties include:

• Implementing day-to-day project management operations to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Providing practical support and guidance to project team members, addressing queries, and escalating issues as needed.
• Maintaining project systems, processes, and documentation to ensure effective delivery.
• Identifying inefficiencies in work processes and recommending corrective actions.
• Coordinating with other departments and work streams to ensure smooth project activity flow according to plans and procedures.
• Maintaining project administration to meet project control standards.
• Monitoring subcontractor project activity to track progress and ensure compliance with plans and contractual requirements.
• Gathering and summarizing management information on project activities and preparing reports on issues impacting progress.

Experience and Qualifications

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of project management principles and their practical application in delivering technical support and administrative services.

Key Accountabilities

The Project Manager is accountable for ensuring that project activities are managed effectively and in line with established procedures. This includes maintaining project documentation, monitoring progress, and reporting on key performance indicators and any challenges encountered.
