About the Project Manager Role

Salam is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and deliver assigned projects from initiation to completion. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and requires a professional with 4-7 years of experience in project management.

Core Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring they align with Salam's PMO methodologies and governance requirements. This involves detailed planning, execution, monitoring, and control of all project activities. The primary objective is to ensure projects are completed within the approved scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines, while meeting stakeholder expectations.

Key Duties and Accountabilities

• Manage and deliver projects according to Salam PMO project lifecycle, methodologies, and governance standards.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource needs for successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking progress against established baselines.
• Lead project execution, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met within agreed scope, cost, quality, and schedule parameters.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to governance requirements, stage gates, and approval processes.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource utilization.
• Coordinate and manage internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to foster effective collaboration.
• Prepare and present project status, financial, and performance reports to management and governance committees.
• Drive project-related change management activities to support successful adoption and business readiness.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions for any deviations from project plans.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 4 to 7 years of relevant project management experience. A strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks is essential. The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project environments is also required.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The role involves working within a structured project management office (PMO) environment.
