About the Role

Eventsgate is seeking a Public Relations & Sponsorships Officer to join their team in Makkah, with operations covering Jeddah and Makkah. This part-time role is ideal for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in public relations and sponsorship acquisition, focusing on building and maintaining key relationships and securing partnerships for various events and activities.

Key Responsibilities

Build and develop relationships with local media outlets and strategic partners.
Communicate with companies and activity sponsors to negotiate sponsorship packages.
Prepare and present sponsorship proposals to decision-makers.
Draft and distribute press releases and news related to the company or specific events.
Organize and coordinate the reception of VIPs and guests at events and activities.
Enhance the positive public image of the company and manage media coverage.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in public relations and sponsorship acquisition.
Demonstrated ability to build and nurture professional relationships.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Work Environment

This is a part-time position based in the Makkah region, with activities spanning Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves active engagement with external partners and media, requiring a dynamic and proactive approach.
