About the Reservations Manager Role

Hilton is seeking a Reservations Manager to join its Hotels team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to managing the hotel's reservations operations and ensuring efficient service delivery for guests. Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Reservations Manager plays a key role in overseeing the entire reservations process, from inventory management to revenue optimization. This position contributes directly to maximizing occupancy and revenue while ensuring that every guest's stay is supported by seamless booking experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reservations operations, including room inventory and availability, group blocks, rooming lists, cut-off dates, rate restrictions, occupancy strategies, and system usage.
• Maximize occupancy and revenue by reviewing and adjusting rate strategies, occupancy levels, and promotional efforts to achieve financial targets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Events teams to ensure group bookings, corporate rates, and special events are effectively managed for revenue maximization.
• Manage third-party channels, negotiating rates, maintaining relationships, and ensuring proper implementation of reservation procedures with booking sites and agents.
• Generate and review key performance reports, including occupancy, revenue, and forecasting data, to support strategic planning and departmental decision-making.
• Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
