About the Reservations Manager Role

Hilton is seeking a Reservations Manager to oversee the hotel's reservations operations in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field. The Reservations Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the reservations process to ensure memorable guest experiences and optimize hotel occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily reservations operations, including room inventory, availability, group blocks, rooming lists, cut-off dates, rate restrictions, occupancy strategies, and system usage.
Maximize occupancy and revenue by reviewing and adjusting rate strategies, occupancy levels, and promotional efforts.
Collaborate with Sales and Events teams to manage group bookings, corporate rates, and special events effectively.
Manage third-party channels, including negotiating rates, maintaining relationships, and ensuring proper implementation of reservation procedures to maximize conversion.
Generate and review key performance reports, such as occupancy, revenue, and forecasting data, to support strategic planning and departmental decision-making.
Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
