Leylaty Group is seeking a Restaurant Steward Supervisor to join their team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the restaurant's kitchen and dining areas.

Role Overview

The Restaurant Steward Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision and management of the stewarding team. The primary objective is to ensure that all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas consistently meet required cleanliness and sanitation standards, contributing to smooth daily operations and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance of stewarding staff to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Assign daily duties and tasks to the stewarding team.
• Prepare and manage work schedules for the stewarding department.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards across all kitchen and service areas.
• Control and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Ensure full compliance with all restaurant policies and procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team to facilitate seamless daily operations.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment for all staff.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar stewarding or supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety regulations.
