Role Overview

The Restaurant Steward Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision and management of the stewarding team. This includes ensuring the meticulous cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and general work areas, contributing to a hygienic and efficient operational environment.
