About the Role

PROVEN is seeking a Senior Programmer / Systems Designer to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to leading the analysis, design, development, and enhancement of enterprise information systems. The role requires strong technical expertise in software design and systems development, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, efficient, and robust technology solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational requirements to define clear system specifications and functional designs.
• Design, develop, test, and implement enterprise applications and information systems to meet business needs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system architecture documentation, technical documentation, workflows, and detailed design specifications.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system defects and performance issues to ensure optimal system operation.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements to existing systems and processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in software design and information systems development.

• Proficiency in Software Design and Systems Development.
• Expertise in System Architecture, Technical Documentation, and creating Workflows and Design Specifications.
• Strong capabilities in Requirements Gathering and recommending effective Technology Solutions.
• Skilled in Troubleshooting and resolving Performance Issues.
• Knowledge of Emerging Technologies and their application.
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Problem-Solving abilities.
• Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability in Managing Multiple Priorities effectively.
• Experience working collaboratively within Cross-functional Teams.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia.
