Structural Design & Technical Office Engineer

About the Role

Rasan Construction is seeking a Structural Design & Technical Office Engineer to join their team in Makkah. This full-time position requires an engineer with advanced experience in structural design and the ability to deliver innovative solutions for high-quality construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review structural designs, engineering calculations, and shop drawings.
• Review designs, identify conflicts, and propose appropriate technical and structural solutions.
• Develop design solutions that ensure structural safety and economic efficiency while meeting quality standards.
• Coordinate technically with consultants, design teams, and various engineering disciplines.
• Manage technical priorities efficiently within a multidisciplinary engineering team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural design and technical office work.
• Proven practical experience in tower, hotel, and high-rise building projects.
• Advanced experience in preparing and reviewing structural designs, engineering calculations, and shop drawings.
• Advanced knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant engineering codes and standards.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in structural design and analysis software, including ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and AutoCAD.
• Ability to review designs, detect conflicts, and provide appropriate technical and structural solutions.

Work Environment and Conditions

This is a full-time position based in Makkah. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary engineering team. Candidates should be ready to join within a short period.
