About Taibah Gifts and the Supply Chain Manager Role

Taibah Gifts, a company based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supply Chain Manager. This full-time position is critical for overseeing the entire supply chain operation, from global procurement and customs clearance to comprehensive warehouse management and last-mile distribution. The role ensures efficient and effective flow of goods to support our retail branches and e-commerce customers.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for optimizing all aspects of the supply chain, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment with business objectives. This includes managing complex logistics, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely distribution to meet customer demand, particularly during peak seasons.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of warehouse operations, ensuring optimal layout, stock security, and 100% ERP inventory accuracy through rigorous cycle counting.
• Identify and negotiate with international and local suppliers for global sourcing of high-quality materials and finished goods.
• Manage all freight forwarding and logistics, ensuring seamless customs clearance in compliance with ZATCA and Saber regulations.
• Conduct demand planning to anticipate seasonal spikes, such as during Ramadan and Hajj, to prevent stockouts and optimize inventory levels across all retail branches.
• Oversee smooth and cost-effective distribution from the central warehouse to physical branches and e-commerce customers.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in supply chain management. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required, demonstrating a proven track record in managing complex supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be expected to work on-site to manage the operational aspects of the supply chain effectively.
