The Role: Talent Manager

We are seeking a full-time Talent Manager to take day-to-day ownership of our assigned talents. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for creators, managing their schedules, content plans, and brand relationships within our agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main day-to-day contact for assigned talents, managing their schedules, deliverables, and general needs.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with talents based on trust and consistent communication.
• Coordinate content planning and ensure talents stay on track with deadlines and deliverables.
• Liaise with brand and partner contacts on campaign logistics, timelines, and requirements.
• Progressively take on deal negotiation and closing responsibilities for assigned talents.
• Track deal status and outbound/inbound opportunities, keeping internal records up to date.
• Flag risks early, including missed deadlines, talent dissatisfaction, or brand issues, before they escalate.
• Represent Chimera Creative professionally in all external communications.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field within the creative or media industry.
• Strong relationship-management skills, comfortable being a trusted point of contact for talent.
• Solid organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple talents, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Confident communication skills, effective with both talents and brand/agency contacts.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time role operates within a growing, fast-moving agency environment. Candidates should be based in or willing to work within KSA/GCC time zones, with a preference for those located in Jeddah or Makkah.
