About the Role

Marriott Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Waiter-F&B Service Expert to join its team. This full-time position is dedicated to crafting memorable and unique dining experiences for guests. The role involves proactively delivering a wide range of services to ensure guest satisfaction during their meals. This opportunity is exclusively for Saudi Nationals Only.

Core Responsibilities

• Set and prepare tables according to service standards.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interact directly with guests to take orders, serve food and beverages, and address inquiries.
• Clean and maintain designated work areas and service supplies.
• Ensure a safe and compliant workplace environment.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and operational procedures.
• Uphold high quality standards in all aspects of service delivery.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style at all times.

Physical Demands of the Position

This role requires sustained physical activity and mobility. Candidates must be capable of performing the following physical tasks:

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended durations.
• Move over sloping, uneven, or potentially slippery surfaces.
• Read and visually verify menu information accurately.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience is required.
• License or Certification: None specified.
