MBRF, recognized as one of the world's largest food companies, is seeking a Warehouse Line Leader GF to join its operations in the Makkah region, specifically covering facilities in Jeddah and Makkah. Role Overview

The Warehouse Line Leader GF is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of production lines, focusing on productivity, quality, and loss control. This role involves working closely with supervisors to achieve production targets and maintain high operational standards, including the independent management of weekend operations when required. The position is critical in ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to established processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Control the productivity of operators and assist in managing overall line productivity.
• Support the supervisor to guarantee production quality standards are consistently met.
• Check and control line losses to ensure optimal production yield.
• Manage weekend operations independently, including covering other lines in the absence of supervisors.
• Assist the production supervisor/manager in achieving scheduling requirements and organizing the production plan.
• Apply PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) and lean tools for continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
• Escalate any process non-conformance, safety, food safety, or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Order necessary materials, including PPEs, raw materials, packaging, and ingredients.
• Ensure proper handling and control of chemical products within the workplace.
• Conduct safety routes in different areas of the facility.

Compliance and Standards Adherence

A fundamental aspect of this role is strict adherence to various industry and company standards to maintain a safe, high-quality, and sustainable production environment. This includes:

• Complying with all food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace.
• Adhering to all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements within the workplace.
• Ensuring 5S compliance within the workplace.
• Complying with Good Manufacturing Process (GMP) and Food Defense requirements, as well as other applicable procedures related to the scope of the job.
• Adhering to BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensuring compliance with the BRF Sustainability Plan through activities that promote global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates applying for the Warehouse Line Leader GF position should possess the following qualifications:

• A Technical Diploma or a Degree in Food Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
