About the Role: Manufacturing Supervisor

Perfect Vision is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join the Operations Department in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position involves supervising daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and achieving production targets while adhering to established quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily production schedules and plans.
• Manage, guide, and train workers and production line staff.
• Monitor production line performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Oversee product quality and ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
• Prepare and submit regular workflow and operational reports to management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of a Diploma from a technical college, TVTC, or any relevant university.
• Educational background in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production/Manufacturing Engineering, or Automation & Industrial Control.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Solid skills in planning, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving.
