Red Sea Global is seeking a Concierge to join the team at the Amaala Yacht Club in Neom. This full-time position is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences within a premier luxury maritime destination.

About Amaala Yacht Club

The Amaala Yacht Club, nestled within the Triple Bay Marina on Saudi Arabia’s northwestern coast, is a world-class destination for maritime enthusiasts. It offers 120 berths, accommodating superyachts up to 130 meters, alongside a vibrant Marina Village. Developed by Red Sea Global (RSG) in alignment with Vision 2030, the club embodies sustainability and regenerative tourism, preserving natural habitats. In 2027, AMAALA will host the Grand Finale of The Ocean Race.

Purpose of the Role

The Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and personalized, anticipatory, and discreet experiences for members and visitors of the AMAALA Yacht Club. This role blends hospitality excellence with local knowledge, coordinating bespoke services on land and sea. The Concierge maintains the club’s reputation for seamless luxury service, reflecting Red Sea Global’s commitment to world-class luxury and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional, and engaging welcome to all members and guests upon arrival, using guests’ names to create a welcoming first impression.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guest requests, reservations, and information regarding club amenities, events, and local attractions, anticipating guest needs for tailored experiences.
• Coordinate personalized itineraries and experiences, including dining, transportation, leisure, and entertainment arrangements.
• Maintain strong knowledge of yacht services, marina facilities, and local destinations relevant to the AMAALA region.
• Liaise with internal departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, and Security) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and with a solution-oriented approach.
• Support VIP and VVIP arrivals with discretion and a professional demeanor.
• Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the CRM system for future visits.
• Promote sustainability initiatives and luxury lifestyle experiences aligned with Red Sea Global’s brand standards.
• Coordinate external vendors (chauffeurs, florists, luxury transport, local guides) ensuring quality and confidentiality.
• Uphold club policies, privacy standards, and safety procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a similar concierge or luxury hospitality role, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver high-quality guest service and manage complex requests.
