Role Overview

Red Sea Global is seeking a Senior Manager - Destination Operations Planning to join its Mobility Team in Neom. This full-time role involves leading and coordinating complex, multi-modular business projects to define, acquire, and establish systems necessary for Mobility operations, alongside developing robust reporting from data. The position requires a proactive leader with a systems-thinking mindset and a proven ability to bridge technical and business disciplines to deliver strategic initiatives successfully.

Project Leadership and System Implementation

  • Drive end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multi-modular projects across various departments and stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and scope, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering cohesive collaboration between business, technology, procurement, and finance workstreams.
  • Coordinate the development of business requirements and processes to facilitate the selection, implementation, and setup of operational systems.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business needs from stakeholders, translating them into actionable implementation plans.
  • Work closely with technical leads and solution architects to ensure appropriate systems design, development, integration, and testing, aligning with business needs and compliance standards.

Financial Management and Compliance

  • Oversee the procurement lifecycle related to projects, including vendor evaluation, RFP/RFQ processes, and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure appropriate data flows, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure project activities adhere to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and financial audit standards, driving data accuracy and integrity.
  • Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, and procedures to ensure controlled and consistent operational delivery.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and testing to assess the effectiveness of reporting and financial controls.

Stakeholder Engagement and Continuous Improvement

  • Proactively identify risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with project sponsors, leadership, and key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in departmental systems, processes, and practices.
  • Mentor colleagues and foster a culture of collaboration and efficiency within the Mobility department and across other business functions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in managing modular or phased business transformation projects.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to partner with accounting teams on project costing, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and scrutinize financial information effectively.
