Join Our Team as a Sales Executive!
At Formula Arabia Contracting Company, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive. This role is pivotal as you will be responsible for driving new business growth, cultivating strong client relationships, and marketing our diverse range of camp and catering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities in camp management, remote site catering, and related services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company’s brand and services.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in camp services, remote site services, catering, or facility management.
  • Strong understanding of the camp and catering industry, especially for oil & gas, construction, or mining sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A strong command of English is required; proficiency in Arabic and Urdu/Hindi will be considered an added advantage.
  • A Saudi Arabia driving license is preferred and will be an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
