Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in camp management, remote site catering, and related services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company’s brand and services.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in camp services, remote site services, catering, or facility management.
- Strong understanding of the camp and catering industry, especially for oil & gas, construction, or mining sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A strong command of English is required; proficiency in Arabic and Urdu/Hindi will be considered an added advantage.
- A Saudi Arabia driving license is preferred and will be an asset.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
