Key Responsibilities:
  • Solicit existing and potential customers, and regularly follow up on established accounts.
  • Set up appointments for personal sales calls and conduct telemarketing efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts regarding individual and group business.
  • Analyze sales and marketing results, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Explore industry data and developments beneficial to the hotel.
  • Maintain a robust customer database for effective tracking and management.
  • Prepare weekly activity reports detailing sales calls, meetings, and functions participated in.
