Bupa Arabia is seeking a Senior Executive Manager - Corporate Health Center Operations (Mega AC) to join their team in Yanbu. This full-time position is central to overseeing the operations of Corporate Health Centers dedicated to Mega accounts. The role ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality healthcare services, adherence to regulatory standards, and alignment with the company's broader corporate health and wellness objectives.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Senior Executive Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of clinic operations within multiple corporate locations. Key aspects include optimizing workflows, maintaining cost efficiency, and cultivating strong relationships with corporate clients. The objective is to enhance employee health services and ensure operational excellence across all managed centers.

Operational Leadership

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple in-house clinics across Mega account corporate locations.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and consistency in service delivery.
• Monitor clinic performance, patient flow, and overall service delivery to optimize operations continuously.
• Ensure the availability of essential medical equipment, supplies, and medications through coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure system readiness and provide all necessary requirements for system infrastructure to support excellent operations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Facility teams to ensure clinics are fully prepared for service.
• Conduct regular site visits to clinics to monitor operational workflows and identify any gaps.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Support the medical team in conducting regular audits to assess clinical quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage incident reporting processes and implement corrective actions to address compliance gaps effectively.
• Propose proactive compliance measures aimed at reducing risks and enhancing overall safety within the health centers.

Client Engagement and Financial Stewardship

• Serve as the primary liaison between corporate clients and the clinic operational team.
• Develop customized healthcare solutions tailored to meet specific corporate client needs.
• Conduct regular meetings with HR and management teams to review health service performance and gather feedback.
• Address feedback, complaints, and service improvement requests from corporate clients, finalizing solutions with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and manage clinic budgets in collaboration with the finance team, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising care quality.
• Monitor expenses, revenue streams, and the financial performance of clinics.
• Identify opportunities to optimize costs, including negotiating vendor contracts.
• Implement data-driven strategies to improve service utilization and financial sustainability.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this Senior Executive Manager position are required to have 5-10 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations management, ideally within a corporate health center or a similar multi-site clinical environment.
