Ninja is a quick-commerce company focused on transforming healthcare and patient interaction. The company is seeking a Pharmacist to join its team in Yanbu, Al Madinah Province. This full-time role involves dispensing medications and providing patient care.

Role Overview

The Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications and offering personalized care and advice to patients. This position ensures patients achieve optimal treatment outcomes by adhering to professional standards and collaborating with healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process and dispense prescription medications, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Provide medication counseling to patients, addressing questions and concerns regarding treatments, side effects, and interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to create and manage medication treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust prescriptions as necessary in conjunction with medical staff.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff and patients regarding medication safety and wellness.
• Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Stay informed about new developments in medications and pharmacy practice to continually enhance service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as a Pharmacist.
• Demonstrated passion for healthcare and patient interaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
