About the Role

Wipro is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant to join our team in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for professionals with 5-10 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP development within S/4HANA environments.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting ABAP solutions on S/4HANA. This role requires expertise in ABAP development, workflow, CDS, AMDP, RAP, and various integration technologies. The consultant will apply strong technical and troubleshooting skills to translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions and optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and provide ongoing support for ABAP solutions specifically on S/4HANA platforms.
• Translate functional business requirements into detailed technical specifications and implement corresponding code.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot workflows, interfaces, reports, and Fiori applications.
• Optimize system performance and efficiently resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate effectively with functional teams across various SAP modules to ensure integrated and cohesive solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• S/4HANA Certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience with at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation project.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in S/4HANA and ABAP development.
• Strong knowledge of workflow, CDS (Core Data Services), AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures), and RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model).
• Experience with various integration technologies within the SAP ecosystem.
• Demonstrated strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
