Role Overview

The Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for reviewing business processes, assessing internal controls, and identifying areas of risk or non-compliance. This role works closely with management to present audit findings and recommend improvements that support operational efficiency and effective corporate governance. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all internal audit activities within the organization.
• Review business processes and assess the effectiveness of internal controls.

• Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management to present audit findings and facilitate the implementation of recommended improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant internal audit experience.
• Proven experience conducting internal audits across multiple entities within a group structure.
• Demonstrated ability to identify risks, control gaps, and areas of non-compliance.
• Experience in preparing detailed audit reports and formulating corrective action plans.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management principles, and regulatory requirements.
