Bonn Medical Industries is a Saudi-based manufacturer specializing in healthcare products, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, and related consumer products. As part of its expansion across Saudi Arabia, the company is seeking Skincare Promoters to represent its skincare brands.

Skincare Promoter Role

The Skincare Promoter will represent Bonn skincare brands directly at points of sale, including pharmacies, beauty stores, malls, and selected retail locations in Abha, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves engaging with customers, understanding their skincare needs, recommending suitable products and basic skincare routines, explaining product benefits and usage, and converting interactions into sales. The ideal candidate will combine skincare knowledge, strong communication skills, customer engagement, and retail selling ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach and engage customers professionally at assigned points of sale.
• Understand customers’ skincare needs, concerns, and preferences.
• Recommend suitable Bonn skincare products and basic skincare routines, explaining product benefits, ingredients, and usage.
• Actively promote Bonn skincare products and convert customer interactions into purchases, working towards assigned sales and promotional targets.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and in-store activities.
• Maintain strong knowledge of assigned skincare products, common skincare concerns, and basic skincare routines.
• Ensure products are displayed professionally according to brand guidelines and monitor product availability.
• Track sales and customer interactions, reporting customer feedback, frequently asked questions, and competitor observations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of skincare products and basic skincare routines.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to perform retail selling and achieve sales targets.

Performance Indicators

Performance in this role will be evaluated based on sales target achievement, customer conversion rates, the number and quality of customer interactions, product knowledge, customer feedback, merchandising and product presentation, and compliance with attendance and reporting requirements.
