Role Overview: Skincare Promoter

Bonn Medical Industries is seeking a Skincare Promoter to represent Bonn skincare brands. This full-time role involves direct engagement with customers at pharmacies, beauty stores, malls, and selected retail locations in Jeddah and Makkah. The Skincare Promoter will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, explaining product benefits, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers professionally at assigned points of sale to understand their skincare needs and preferences.
• Recommend appropriate Bonn skincare products and basic skincare routines.
• Explain product benefits, ingredients, usage instructions, and key differentiators clearly.
• Actively promote Bonn skincare products and convert customer interactions into sales.
• Work towards achieving assigned sales and promotional targets.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and in-store activities.
• Maintain strong knowledge of assigned skincare products, common concerns, and basic routines.
• Ensure products are displayed professionally and according to brand guidelines.
• Monitor product availability and report stock shortages as needed.
• Track sales and customer interactions, reporting feedback and market observations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of skincare knowledge, strong communication skills, customer engagement capabilities, and retail selling ability. This role requires a professional approach to customer consultation and product promotion.

Performance Metrics

Performance in this role may be evaluated based on several key indicators, including sales target achievement, customer conversion rates, the quality of customer interactions, product knowledge, and adherence to merchandising standards and reporting compliance.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with assignments across various retail points of sale.
