About the Role

Almarai, a leading food and beverage company in the MENA region, is seeking a Sales Supervisor II for its Bakery division in Al Jubail. This full-time position requires a candidate with 2-5 years of sales supervisory experience, ideally within a van sales environment.

Role Overview

The Sales Supervisor II will be responsible for achieving the company's growth objectives by optimizing the sales and distribution of Almarai Bakery products within a designated area. This role demands strict adherence to company operational policies and procedures, maintaining high sales and merchandising standards, and providing strong leadership to a team of salesmen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting effective endorsement sessions with Salesmen and Assistant Salesmen, and reviewing their performance.
  • Performing morning duties to ensure sales vans depart on time and providing support for any issues faced by Salesmen at the depot.
  • Setting and reviewing targets for Salesmen regularly to ensure sales and growth objectives are met.
  • Initiating new routes and reviewing existing coverage to optimize resources.
  • Conducting route rides and field assessments for all salesmen within their assigned area.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a supervisory role within a van sales environment.
  • Experience in Key Account handling.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of sales operations within the FMCG environment.
  • Strong numeric and analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively within a team.
  • Proficiency in negotiation skills.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail.
