Role Overview: Fabricator III

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Fabricator III to join its team in Al Jubail. This full-time role involves organizing and executing piping fabrication activities safely and efficiently, based on specific plant requirements. The Fabricator III will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and supporting various aspects of piping maintenance and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate required piping or layouts according to job instructions, drawings, material specifications, and technical references provided by the supervisor.
• Set up, align, and operate heavy-duty specialized workshop tools for cutting, threading, and grooving all types of pipes and joints.
• Organize necessary resources, including materials and equipment, for pipe fabrication work.
• Ensure all pipe fabrication work complies with specified quality standards.
• Execute fabrication tasks both at the designated site and in the field.
• Track the progress of ongoing pipe fabrication jobs.
• Log all progress related to pipe fabrication and report to the pipefitter supervisor.
• Support investigation efforts for failure analysis of piping circuits.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a High School diploma, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a Diploma.
• Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute, attesting to the individual’s qualifications and competency to perform the work.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role requires hands-on involvement in both workshop and field environments within the Oil & Gas sector.
