Join E&P Software as a Foreman-Maintenance in Jubail!
As a Foreman, you will manage both internal and external resources to maintain Halliburton equipment effectively. This role requires you to oversee shop activities alongside remote locations to execute maintenance strategies and ensure the technical completion of all work related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage shop activities and coordinate with remote locations to meet asset availability and shop throughput.
• Plan efficiently for the use of staff, equipment, and real estate while adhering to budgetary constraints.
• Ensure service quality delivery and adherence to maintenance product standards.
• Identify gaps in training and quality for personnel and equipment.
• Collaborate with internal customers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Input and maintain accurate data into Halliburton's system for assignment oversight.

Requirements:

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required; an undergraduate degree in STEM and/or a technical certificate is preferred.
• Five years of experience in manufacturing or maintenance operations is required.
• Three years of lead/supervisory experience is preferred.
