About Knock and the Role

Knock is seeking a Cashier Guest Expert to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role serves as the primary point of contact for guests, requiring individuals with 0-1 years of relevant experience who are dedicated to providing exceptional service and maintaining efficient operations.

Role Overview

The Cashier Guest Expert is responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all Knock guests from their initial interaction. This involves accurately processing orders and payments while delivering a friendly and professional customer experience. The role is key to maintaining smooth front-of-house operations and ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

Greet and interact with guests in a welcoming, positive manner.
Accurately take orders and process payments using the POS system.
Handle cash, card, and digital transactions with precision.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area.
Promote special items, upsell when appropriate, and support sales goals.
Handle basic customer inquiries or issues and escalate when needed.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

0-1 years of experience is required, with previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated basic math skills and attention to detail.
Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
