About the Role

Nithar is seeking a Content Creator to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role focuses on developing engaging short-form content for various social media platforms, including TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram Reels.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and produce engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas that align with brand identity and target audience.
• Plan and execute content shoots, including filming and directing.
• Edit videos and create engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, and Snapchat content.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, sounds, formats, and viral content.
• Create content that increases engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop monthly content plans and campaigns.
• Write creative captions and adapt content to suit each platform.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
• Ensure all content is high-quality and consistent with the brand’s visual identity.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role.
• Strong experience with TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram Reels.
• Excellent video shooting and editing skills.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills.
• Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Ability to appear on camera or direct others when needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be based in Al Khobar.

Preferred Qualifications

• A portfolio showcasing TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram content.
• Experience creating viral or high-engagement short-form content.
• Experience working with brands or marketing teams.
