The Ecommerce Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing initiatives to drive growth and engagement for the company's e-commerce platforms. This mid-career role requires a strategic approach to online marketing within the dynamic retail pharmacy landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to increase online sales and customer acquisition.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (*, search engines, social media).
• Create engaging and persuasive content for e-commerce product pages, promotional materials, and email marketing.
• Analyze website traffic, sales data, and campaign performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and customer service, to ensure a seamless online customer experience.
• Stay updated on e-commerce best practices, emerging trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years and up to 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing or a related digital marketing field.

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing principles.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
