Role Overview

CCL Global is seeking a Field Engineer - Stage Cementing to join their team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves active participation in wellsite operations, contributing to projects, and providing technical support and mentorship in accordance with established company standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Participate in wellsite operations, providing mentorship and adhering to company standard instructions for both land and offshore locations.
• Manage and maintain field equipment, offering onsite labor support as needed.
• Execute equipment installation and dismantling procedures, including rigging up and rigging down.
• Contribute to the planning of operations and assist in estimating job requirements.
• Lead on-site maintenance activities when relevant.
• Complete all necessary paperwork associated with job tasks in a timely manner.
• Report near misses, accidents, incidents, and mechanical failures to QHSE and/or SDM authorities.
• Schedule and lead safety reviews to ensure operational compliance.
• Conduct post-job meetings with customers and clients directly on the well-site.
• Recommend improvements for operational methods, performance, and quality.
• Serve as a technology ambassador to clients, customers, and external parties.
• Ensure full compliance with company Quality Standards.

Professional Development and Mentorship

This role involves significant opportunities for professional growth, including acquiring operational experience and competencies essential for advancement to positions such as General Field Engineer (GFE) or Engineer In Charge (EIC). The Field Engineer will also be responsible for conducting training and performance evaluations for junior field engineers (FE2s, FE3s, and FETs) as needed.

Qualifications and Training Requirements

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field engineering capacity. Specific training is required to ensure the necessary technical and safety competencies for the role.

Required training includes:

• Oil and Gas Industry Basics.
• WCS FE Basic course, QHSE training, and relevant External Local Training.
• Completion Equipment and Tools.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role requires presence at various wellsite operations, which may include both land and offshore environments.
