About the Role

First Advisory for Consulting is seeking a Finance University Finalist - Junior Business Analyst to join our team in Al Khobar. This is an entry-level, part-time position designed for individuals nearing graduation, offering a clear pathway to a permanent Business Analyst role upon successful performance and business alignment after graduation.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to bridge the gap between business needs and effective client servicing. The Junior Business Analyst will contribute by gathering essential data, documenting requirements, and providing direct support to the Project Team Director. This position operates under the direct supervision of the Director, Head of Consulting Department, ensuring guidance and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist with a range of tasks, including:

• Data Collection: Gathering, organizing, and analyzing operational, market research, and/or financial data to support project objectives.
• Requirements Gathering: Assisting in conducting field research and interviews with industry stakeholders to document comprehensive market research and analysis findings.
• Process Mapping: Developing clear process flows, charts, and system documentation to visualize and streamline business operations.
• Communication: Reporting directly to the Director and executing project plans for clients on a part-time basis, as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should be a Finance University Finalist with 0-1 years of relevant experience. This role is suitable for individuals who are currently completing their finance degree and are looking to gain practical experience in a consulting environment.

Work Arrangement and Location

This is a part-time position based in Al Khobar. The role offers the prospect of transitioning into a permanent Business Analyst position after graduation, contingent on individual performance and the prevailing business case. The work schedule will be determined in coordination with project requirements.
