Leap29 is a global recruitment partner with over 25 years of international experience, including more than 6 years of operations in Saudi Arabia. The company is seeking an HR & Workforce Operations Specialist to join its growing Workforce Management team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The HR & Workforce Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting Leap29's contractor and employee workforce across Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves ensuring a smooth and compliant workforce experience, covering aspects from onboarding and documentation to payroll coordination, employee support, and daily workforce administration. The specialist will act as a central point of contact for employees, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders, contributing to efficient workforce processes, accurate records, and comprehensive support for personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Collect and verify onboarding documents.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare HR letters, forms, contracts, and supporting documents.
• Support processes through platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.
• Track expiry dates for Iqama, work permits, passports, contracts, and insurance.
• Coordinate medical examinations and medical insurance arrangements.
• Respond to employee enquiries and assist with employee-relations matters.
• Collect and verify timesheets and payroll information.
• Follow up with employees, clients, internal teams, and service providers.
• Maintain employee, payroll, and operational trackers.
• Assist the Country Manager with reports, meetings, follow-ups, and task management.
• Undertake any additional HR or operational duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in recruitment, manpower supply, outsourcing, or workforce-management companies is advantageous.

Work Environment

This role is based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, and involves working closely with the Country Manager and operational teams in a fast-paced and growing business environment. The position requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional capable of building relationships and contributing to operational success.
