Accor, a global hospitality group encompassing over 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, and 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations, is seeking an IT Manager. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Al Corniche, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, and offers the opportunity to contribute to a network that values development and responsible hospitality.

Role Overview

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire information technology infrastructure and systems within the hotel. This role ensures the seamless operation of all IT services, supports hotel staff, and maintains compliance with security and data privacy standards to enhance hotel operations and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the hotel's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, network equipment, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
• Ensure the continuous operation of hotel systems, including PMS, POS, reservation systems, key card systems, accounting software, and other hospitality applications.
• Monitor system performance and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including antivirus protection, firewalls, data backup, disaster recovery, and access controls.
• Manage user accounts, email systems, and permissions for all employees.
• Coordinate with software and hardware vendors for installation, maintenance, upgrades, and support.
• Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, new technology implementations, and infrastructure improvements.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and equipment.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Provide technical support and training to hotel staff.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company information security standards.
• Monitor and manage IT budgets, maintenance contracts, and procurement of IT equipment.
• Support conference and meeting technology, including audiovisual equipment and presentation systems.
• Ensure business continuity through regular data backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance hotel operations and guest experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on infrastructure and system management.
• Proven ability to manage complex IT environments, including network, hardware, software, and security protocols.
• Experience with hospitality-specific systems such as PMS, POS, and key card systems is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining operational continuity.
