Role Summary

We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join a full-time team. This role involves supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen management, serving as both a technical anchor and an emerging leader. The Junior Sous Chef will oversee food preparation, maintain rigorous standards, and manage the line when required. The position offers a salary of 8,000 SAR monthly and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure precision, consistency, and quality across all sections during service.
• Motivate, train, and support the kitchen brigade, providing leadership and stepping in to command kitchen operations when necessary.
• Strictly enforce food safety and hygiene protocols across all stations to maintain a compliant and spotless working environment.
• Manage inventory control, stock rotation, and kitchen flow, adapting to the demands of busy services.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a culinary role.
• Strong technical culinary skills.
